S. Y. Sande, is a personality with a highly diverse educational and professional background. After completing a B.Tech degree, he earned an MBA in Finance as well as a Master’s degree (M.A.) in Sociology. This educational journey has given him a deep understanding of the fields of technology, management, and social sciences. In his successful journey through competitive examinations, he was selected for the prestigious Indian Revenue Service (IRS) through the UPSC. He also achieved success in the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) and IB-ACIO competitive examinations. Prior to this, he served as an officer in the State Bank of India.

For many years, Mr. Sande has guided aspirants preparing for UPSC and MPSC examinations. In particular, he has made a significant contribution to helping students from rural areas by providing them with proper direction and enabling them to reach administrative positions.
